This is a short placeholder privacy notice while our counsel finalises the full policy. It describes, at a high level, how Crewly GmbH handles personal data in the platform.

What we collect

We collect account information (name, email, workspace), operational data you enter (bookings, staff profiles, shifts), and minimum technical data required to operate the service (session cookies, IP addresses for abuse prevention).

Why we collect it

To provide the service you’ve signed up for. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data to train third-party AI systems.

Where it lives

In the EU. Our primary data store is hosted by Supabase in Frankfurt. Encryption in transit and at rest.
